About The Role

The PMO at Bravura is the information hub for all our projects; the PMO Analyst is an integral member of the TA Client Delivery Portfolio Management team having exposure to a diverse range of projects and industry leading clients.

The PMO Analyst will be responsible for providing project support and owning activities including project governance, quality control, management information, schedule and time booking controls, project financial tracking, risk/issue tracking and change control.

What You’ll Do

Project Support: Day to day support to Bravura Project or Business Unit Managers, assist with project status reporting and ensure key reporting milestones are met; specifically take ownership of project schedules, project code and task creation, rate card administration; forecasting and actuals tracking; commercial reporting and other project related artefacts.
Standardisation: Create and implement standard artefacts across all projects, monitor and review projects to ensure standard artefacts are being used consistentl
Project Governance support: Maintain issues, actions and risks logs, assist with financial reporting and invoicing process.

Qualification & Experience

2+ years’ experience working in a PMO and across Technology based projects
An understanding of Enterprise Project Management tools
In depth understanding of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project
Proficiency in collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint)
Experience working in Financial Services or a FinTech organisation
Educated to degree level in a science, engineering or mathematical subject
