Project Manager - Business Excellence

Role Overview-
This position will be responsible to drive cross-functional business excellence initiatives including growth acceleration, incentives, budgeting, digital transformation, and launch PMO within the pharmaceutical business.

Overall Job Responsibilities
Lead turnaround and growth acceleration projects in low-performing territories

Act as PMO for key product launches and strategic initiatives

Design and manage incentive schemes, budgeting models, and performance tracking

Deliver accurate and timely MIS, dashboards, and leadership reports

Drive automation and digitization initiatives across sales and commercial processes

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders

Education

MBA (Master of Business Administration) or equivalent advanced degree.

Knowledge & Skills (Functional and Technical)

· Strong financial and business acumen to track improvement opportunities.

· Proficiency in data analytics and project management.

Desired Experience

7 to 12 years of progressive experience in pharma/healthcare, specifically in Business/Operational Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), or strategic consulting.
