The Quantity Surveying Executive will oversee end-to-end cost management, estimation, contract administration, and commercial operations for construction projects. The role demands strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of construction materials and industry standards, and the ability to manage budgets while ensuring cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management in across high-rise, commercial, or institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities
Quantity Take-Off & BOQ
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
Develop and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Handle re-measurements and variation quantities
Work across Civil, Architectural, and MEP works
2. Cost Estimation & Budgeting
Prepare cost estimates and rate analysis
Develop project budgets and cost plans
Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs
Support value engineering initiatives
3. Billing & Payment Certification
Prepare client bills and subcontractor bills
Verify contractor invoices and certify payments
Track project cash flow and financial progress
4. Contract & Tender Management
Prepare and evaluate tender documents
Review contracts and ensure compliance
Manage change orders and variation claims
Support procurement and vendor negotiations
5. Cost Control & Reporting
Monitor project cost vs budget
Prepare cost reports and forecasts
Maintain cost database and documentation
Identify risks and cost-saving opportunities
6. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors
Review drawings and specifications for discrepancies
Support site teams in commercial decision-making

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / quantity surveying (Master’s preferred).
8-10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying & contract management.
Certification in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management (preferred)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel (Advanced), QS software, and ERP systems (SAP/PeopleSoft/Oracle).
