sustainable future. What you'll do Safety First:Demonstrate 100% commitment to
our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class
safety culture. Perform assembly of pumps with precision, ensuring all
components meet quality standards and are assembled within defined cycle times.
Ensure quality products are manufactured as per requirements, maintaining and
updating Andon, Daily Production, CTQ, Breakdown, and other reports. Handle OK,
Rework, and Rejected parts appropriately. Operate cranes and lifting equipment
safely and efficiently; use measuring instruments and respective jigs and
fixtures for assigned jobs. Read and interpret GD&T, drawings, and prepare
necessary documentation to support manufacturing processes. Maintain 5S
standards on the shop floor, follow SOPs, 1PL, MSDS, HIRA, AIA, OEE, and SMED
guidelines to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. What you'll bring
Must-haves: ITI qualification with 1-2 years of experience in pump assembly
processes Ability to read drawings, GD&T, and using measuring instruments.
Knowledge of operating cranes and lifting equipment. Familiarity with jigs and
fixtures related to manufacturing. Strong understanding of manufacturing
processes including SOP, 1PL, MSDS, HIRA, AIA, OEE, and SMED. Strong safety
awareness and commitment to workplace safety Nice-to-haves: Positive attitude
with strong listening and learning skills. Ability to follow instructions
diligently and maintain regular attendance. Salary is CTC 4 lakh Working Monday
