About Your New Role
Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Python and Flask
Build scalable APIs and integrate third-party services
Design and manage databases efficiently
Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams for feature implementation
Troubleshoot bugs, improve application performance, and ensure code quality
Participate in deployment, monitoring, and system optimization activities

Requirements
B.Tech degree is mandatory from Tier-1 colleges
Previous work experience with a B2C Android application is a plus
Strong proficiency in Python programming
Experience with Flask framework is required
Good understanding of APIs and backend development
Hands-on experience with databases:
MongoDB
SQL / PostgreSQL
Knowledge of database design and query optimization
Familiarity with Git/version control systems

Preferred Skills
Exposure to DevOps tools and deployment workflows is an added advantage
Understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and server management is preferred
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
