RBL Premier Banker Program, a collaborative initiative between RBL Bank and NIIT IFBI, designed to create a job-ready pool of Relationship Managers for Branch Banking and Retail Liabilities business.
Role Overview:
Relationship Managers will be responsible for generating revenue by sourcing new-to-bank relationships and cross- selling wealth and business banking products to individuals and business owners.

Stipend: 40,000 per month during training
Starting Salary: Up to 9 Lakhs Fixed CTC + Attractive Incentives
Training: 2 months residential program
Program Fee: 1,60,000 GST
Fee Reimbursement: By RBI Bank in two instalments upon completion of 1 and 2 years of service
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (any stream) with minimum 50%
Age: 25 to 35 years
Experience: Minimum 2 years of current sales experience in Banking with an overall experience of 3+ years
Roles and responsibility:
1. Portfolio Management regularly contacting and meeting portfolio clients. Profiling the clients a various products. cross selling
2. Acquiring new relationships through references and catchment mapping.
3. Sourcing Family a/es to strengthen and enhance the relationship
4. Cross selling various engagement products- FD, RD, SIP, Locker, debit and credit cards and Third Party products.
5.Deepening of Portfolio by cross selling various revenue products like Assets, TPP and Liabilities.
6. Ensuring the customers are meeting the criteria for Aspire relationships sourcing quality a/cs
7. Achieving CASA and Total Deposit targets set for the Relationship Manager
8. Fee Revenue Fee revenue targets to be met by cross selling multiple product lines to all customers.
9. Mandatory certifications (AMFI and IRDA) and other internal training modules to be completed.
