Partner with the best The RCCP Planner is a hybrid role responsible for supporting Master Scheduling activities administratively while owning Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) execution. This role ensures alignment between capacity, material availability, and the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to enable on-time delivery (OTD) across global Subsea manufacturing sites. The position will act as a key interface across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and project teams while operating from the India Hub supporting global operations remotely As an RCCP Planner, you will also be responsible for: Capacity Planning (RCCP & Scheduling Support) Support Master Schedulers in executing S&OP supply plans and maintaining planning data integrity. Perform Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) to validate production feasibility against demand. Analyse capacity constraints, bottlenecks, and load vs. capacity gaps across manufacturing sites and suppliers. Provide administrative support for CyberPlan reporting, including: Extracting standard reports and data outputs from CyberPlan Consolidating and preparing reports for Master Scheduler reviews. Ensuring data accuracy and timely availability of reports. Assist in defining and maintaining lead times and execution schedules aligned with business priorities. Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment between demand, capacity, and execution plans. 2. Material Planning (MRP Execution) Manage ERP/MRP systems to ensure material availability aligned to BOM and MPS requirements. Convert system-generated signals into purchase requisitions and manufacturing orders. Monitor material supply, shortages, and excess inventory, proactively mitigating risks to production. Ensure ERP data accuracy, including dates, quantities, and exception management. Act as a key interface between Sourcing, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Project teams for material availability. Maintain inventory levels in line with business targets and optimize working capital. 3. Planning Coordination & Governance Support Master Production Schedule (MPS) adherence by aligning both material and capacity plans. Track and report planning KPIs such as OTD, inventory, and plan adherence. Identify and escalate risks impacting schedule, material flow, or capacity utilization. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and data quality. Ensure strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment globally. Fuel your passion! To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, or related field 7–12 years of relevant experience in: Production Planning / Scheduling Capacity Planning (RCCP / S&OP) Material Planning / MRP Strong knowledge of: MRP/ERP systems (Oracle/ SAP, ASCP/MRP Platforms etc.) Capacity Planning & RCCP methodologies. Manufacturing processes, BOM structures, and supply chain flows Analytical mindset with ability to interpret planning data and recommend actions. Experience working with cross-functional and global teams Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
