Candidates handling Frontline / Bulk hiring / Volume Hiring only should apply
Vendor Management Experience is mandatory
Total Experience - 8 to 12 years
Relevant Exp - 1 year+ as a AM on paper
Handled a team of atleast 5-8 Recruiters / Sr. Recruiters
Handled Bulk, volume and Frontline Hiring, agent based hiring, Staff Planning, Strategize
Vendor Management, Employee Referral and Sourcing Team
Ontime fill rate, should be able to deliver 95% Fill rate
Must be comfortable with WFO
Must be comfortable with General & UK shifts
