Education Requirement:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Prime Home Loan Sales
At least 2+ years of experience in team handling and leadership roles
Mandatory experience in the Prime Home Loan segment
Proven track record in self lead generation and market acquisition
Strong exposure to field sales operations and channel management
Established local market network in Hyderabad (DSAs, connectors, builders, brokers preferred)
Fluency in Telugu (spoken) is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing field sales team across the Hyderabad region
Own and deliver regional sales targets and business growth objectives
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
Monitor daily field activities, pipeline management, and conversion efficiency
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (DSAs, builders, agents)
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the prime home loan segment
Strengthen market presence and brand visibility through local networking
Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
