The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of affluent clients, offering tailored financial solutions and building long-term relationships. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the affluent market, and the ability to provide exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain affluent clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and their families.
Understand client needs and provide personalized financial solutions.
Stay updated on market trends and offer relevant investment opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Conduct regular client reviews and provide portfolio performance updates.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote bank products and services.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
Manage and mentor a team of Relationship Managers, providing guidance and support.
Represent the bank at industry events and build a strong network.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the affluent market.
Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth management, and financial planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a large client portfolio.
Analytical skills to interpret market trends and client data.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and financial analysis tools.
A professional certification in finance or wealth management is an asset.
