Job Title: Relationship Manager (B2B Partnerships)

GyanDhan supports students planning to study abroad by providing education loan assistance, financial guidance, and partnerships with leading banks and lenders across India.
As a Relationship Manager, you will drive B2B partnerships, generate student referrals, and strengthen GyanDhan’s presence among study abroad consultants, DSAs, and coaching institutes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B field sales by onboarding consultants, channel partners, DSAs, and coaching institutes to generate referrals and build partnerships.
Build and maintain strong long-term partner relationships through regular communication, meetings, and networking.
Achieve referral and sales targets by ensuring maximum student referrals and increasing loan disbursements.
Identify business opportunities and market trends to keep GyanDhan competitive in the market.
Conduct webinars, seminars, and training sessions to educate partners about loan products and boost referrals.
Resolve partner concerns promptly and ensure smooth coordination and operations across the network.
Track and report referral rates, loan disbursements, partner satisfaction, and sales performance to management.
Preferred Experience
2+ years in B2B sales, relationship management, business development, or field sales (experience with study abroad consultants, DSAs, or coaching institutes is a plus).
Proven skills in negotiation, persuasion, and driving business growth.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a wide range of stakeholders.
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
Target-driven and results-oriented, with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
