Job Summary** As a Relationship Officer for Loan Against Property (LAP) in Karimnagar, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, facilitating LAP applications, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Job Responsibilities** * Identify and acquire new customers seeking Loan Against Property (LAP) products. * Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. * Conduct thorough credit assessment and due diligence for LAP applications, including property valuation and documentation verification. * Guide clients through the entire LAP application process, explaining terms and conditions, and addressing their queries. * Achieve assigned sales targets for LAP products and contribute to the overall growth of the business in the Karimnagar region. * Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, legal, and operations, to ensure efficient processing and disbursement of loans. * Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes related to LAP products. * Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market feedback. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales or relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on secured lending products like LAP. * Strong understanding of Loan Against Property products, credit appraisal processes, and relevant regulatory guidelines. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively manage customer relationships. * Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. * Proficiency in local language (Telugu) and English. * Knowledge of the Karimnagar market and surrounding areas is an advantage. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
