Relationship Officer - LAP - (Medchal)

We are seeking a Relationship Officer to manage and grow our Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio in the Medchal region. This role involves building strong client relationships, assessing loan applications, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies. Job Responsibilities:** * Actively source and acquire new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) products within the Medchal area. * Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities. * Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for LAP applications, including property valuation and credit assessment. * Prepare and present loan proposals to the credit team, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation. * Achieve individual and team sales targets for LAP disbursements and portfolio growth. * Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes pertaining to LAP products. * Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. * Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations, legal) to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans. * Address customer queries, concerns, and grievances promptly and professionally. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and loan applications. Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales or relationship management within the financial services industry, specifically with Loan Against Property (LAP) products. * Strong understanding of the Medchal real estate market and property valuation principles. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. * Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure. * Sound knowledge of credit assessment, financial analysis, and loan documentation. * Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is highly preferred. * Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite. * Valid driver's license and own transportation preferred.
