Job Summary:** The Relationship Officer - LAP (Rajahmundry) is responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing Loan Against Property (LAP) customers within the Rajahmundry region. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable LAP solutions while ensuring adherence to credit policies and achieving sales targets. Job Responsibilities:** * Actively source and acquire new Loan Against Property (LAP) clients through various channels, including direct sales, referrals, and builder tie-ups. * Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for potential clients to recommend appropriate LAP products and services. * Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers, addressing any queries or concerns. * Complete all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently for loan applications. * Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of loan applications. * Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines related to LAP products. * Achieve assigned sales targets for LAP disbursements and portfolio quality. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. * Handle customer grievances and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. * Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback. Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services with a focus on Loan Against Property (LAP) or similar secured lending products. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong understanding of financial products, credit appraisal, and risk assessment. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is essential. * Knowledge of the Rajahmundry market and customer demographics. * Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
