The SSP Analyst role requires a highly skilled individual who can operate both
independently and collaboratively while providing guidance and mentoring to team
members. Work is non-routine and highly complex, requiring the application of
advanced technical and business expertise in areas of specialization. The ideal
candidate must possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication
skills and demonstrate the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional
organizations.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of global and regional finance
practices and be capable of preparing and delivering presentations, providing
regular status updates, making recommendations, and escalating issues to
management when appropriate.

This role has global responsibilities and will collaborate with multiple
organizations supporting the Standalone Selling Price (SSP) study analysis
process. Responsibilities include preparing SSP studies, supporting system
enhancement requests, providing production support, and participating in
large-scale initiatives supporting Oracle Finance business units and Oracle IT
internal software implementations. The role requires strong project management
skills, the ability to meet critical milestones and deliverables, and the
ability to drive SSP studies to completion within targeted deadlines.

This position will serve as a key contributor in generating SSP data and
executing quarterly SSP analysis processes based on the published SSP study
plan. The role requires proactive identification of process issues, continuous
process improvement, and maintenance of procedure documentation. The successful
candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while
collaborating effectively with management and cross-functional teams.
