MyPartner is a strategic business unit of the MakeMyTrip Group, established in 2020. It aims to deliver seamless, dependable, real-time inventory and pricing for various travel products, including domestic and international hotels, flights, and holiday packages, to travel agents nationwide. In a short time, the business has expanded to engage over 45,000 active travel agent partners in India and another 2,500 in the UAE. As a rapidly growing business, we continuously innovate to address the evolving needs of our travel agent partners and support the growth of their businesses.

About The Role

As part of myPartner Online Revenue team, you will be a part of whip smart team responsible for handling Revenue, driving growth and increasing profitability. You will showcase our values of Consumer Focus, Commitment to Results and Continuous Improvement through innovative solutions that raise challenging question and demand creative and practical answers.

The ideal candidate for the role is an independent self-starter, quick-witted, entrepreneurial, and intellectually curious individual. This person must excel at cross functional collaboration, combine creativity with organizational skills and manage deliverables to tight deadlines and the ability to deliver high-quality work under time constraints.

What Will You Be Doing

P&L Management & Driving Growth

Define & drive the short-term and long-term growth agenda of the business while influencing various cross-functional teams
Manage the business P&L and devise strategies to achieve revenue goals
Tactically manage active revenue levers to achieve daily margin, conversion, and transaction goals
Lead discussions on relevant alliances and execute tactical marketing campaigns
Track performance parameters and maintain strong control over business KPIs
Deep dive into competitor pricing data and use insights to improve category pricing
Analyze demand signals / traffic data to shape business and marketing strategies
Collaborate with marketing to design and execute customer engagement campaigns
Understand new markets & customer segments and work with cross-functional teams to maximize conversion
Work closely with product teams to improve platform conversion for the hotels category
Drive automation/improvements in pricing, business reporting, and alerting mechanisms
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth post-sale processes

Data Analytics

Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using multiple data sources
Analyze data using statistical methods to answer business questions and uncover insights
Identify drivers of business performance and recommend improvements in efficiency and productivity

Qualification & Experience

MBA from a reputed institute with 4–6 years of experience in a revenue or category management role within a consumer-facing, technology-enabled business—preferably in the e-commerce industry.
