The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:** * Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. * Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to resolve customer inquiries and issues. * Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. * Generate sales reports and presentations as required by the sales team. * Schedule and organize sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. * Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and marketing materials. * Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate sales representative. * Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability to sales representatives. * Provide administrative support to the sales team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. * Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging in sales materials.
