Job Summary** The Sales Coordinator will provide essential administrative and logistical support to the sales team in Ranchi, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to overall sales success. This role is crucial for maintaining organized sales processes and facilitating effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Job Responsibilities** * Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents. * Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team. * Maintain and update customer databases and sales records accurately. * Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products/services. * Communicate with customers to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues. * Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, finance) to support sales activities. * Generate regular sales reports and analyses. * Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities. * Assist in organizing sales events and promotional campaigns. * Manage office supplies and equipment for the sales department.
