Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation and cold calling, and a passion for IT services and technology solutions. The role involves generating qualified leads, building client relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Conduct aggressive cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and follow-ups to generate new business opportunities.
Identify and qualify prospects across industries, including BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Automotive, and Technology.
Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Handle monthly/quarterly lead generation and meeting targets effectively.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales leadership team.
Maintain and update CRM with prospect interactions and pipeline status.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients and partners.
Marketing Support
Support digital marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, email marketing, and events.
Coordinate with internal marketing and sales teams for campaign execution.
Assist in content promotion, brand visibility initiatives, and demand generation activities.
Research market trends, competitors, and potential target accounts.
Client Communication
Understand client pain points and position ACL Digital’s IT services and solutions effectively.
Prepare introductory presentations, capability decks, and basic proposals when required.
Ensure professional communication and timely follow-ups with prospects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field. Bachelor’s degree is fine with relevant experience.
1–5 years of experience in IT Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
Strong experience in cold calling and lead generation is mandatory.
Good understanding of IT services, software development, QA/testing, AI/ML, cloud, or digital engineering services.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email outreach platforms, and digital marketing concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B IT services sales.
Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and campaign management.
Exposure to international markets such as the US, Europe, or APAC.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts.
