About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer/Account Manager to drive business for RF/EDA solutions from Keysight Technologies. The role focuses on selling advanced RF design and simulation tools to customers in semiconductor, aerospace & defense, telecom, and electronics industries.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of RF EDA solutions including tools like Keysight ADS (Advanced Design System), PathWave RFPro, and EM simulation offerings
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory/accounts
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → technical discussions → proposal → closure
Engage with RF design engineers, system architects, and decision-makers
Work closely with pre-sales/application engineering teams for demos, POCs, and evaluations
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics / ECE / RF / Microwave Engineering
3–5 years of experience in:
RF / Microwave design OR
EDA software sales OR
Technical sales in simulation tools
Strong understanding of:
RF concepts (S-parameters, impedance matching, antennas, EM simulation)
Design flows for RF systems and circuits
Good exposure to tools like ADS, HFSS, CST, or similar
