About the Role
The Sales Manager – Cross Sell is responsible for acquiring cross-sell customers for a designated branch through direct customer interaction. This pan-India role involves explaining and selling banking products, acting as a bridge between customers and the bank, and ensuring best-in-class service delivery. The role also includes catchment mapping, gathering customer feedback, and identifying and converting potential business opportunities. The Sales Manager plays a key role in driving client acquisition, deepening relationships, and maximizing lifetime customer value to support the bank’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Acquire cross-sell customers within the identified segment.
Meet and exceed monthly targets for customer acquisition by driving leads efficiency
Ensure adherence to selling norms and standard operating procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization.
Maintain strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
Ensure quality sourcing aligned with the bank’s policies.
Secondary Responsibilities
Conduct catchment mapping and identify potential business opportunities.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.
Support digital enablement and automation initiatives to enhance customer experience.
