Sales Officer- Durgapur/Haldia/Asansol

Role Description This is a full-time, on-field Sales Officer role based across Durgapur, Haldia, Asansol and its surrounding areas in West Bengal, India. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales of Mallcom’s PPE products in the assigned territory, including prospecting, generating leads, and converting opportunities into long-term business. Daily responsibilities include visiting industrial clients and distributors, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. The role involves managing channel partners, and executing promotional activities as per company plans.

Job Responsibilities
Meet Industrial Clients in specified territory for business generation
Dealer management and secondary sales
Develop channel partners
Participate in various trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences
Contribute to organizing technical symposiums
Coordinate a team of 3 – 4 Sales Executives

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
MBA/PGBM will be added advantage
2 - 6 years of experience in B2B Sales of Industrial Products
Should be OPEN TO TRAVEL 15 - 20 days in a month
Experience in Dealer Management is preferable
Should be well versant with Bengali
