Job Summary :
We are seeking a Japanese language–proficient personnel to support Sales and Business development teams for Japan and neighbouring geographies.
Key Responsibilities :
Support sales and business development teams focussed on Japan region.
Assist in preparation of techno-commercial proposals and customer presentations.
Communicate with clients in Japanese (emails, calls, virtual meetings).
Coordinate with internal engineering and proposal teams for technical clarifications.
Conduct market research on hydrogen and renewable energy developments in Japan.
Maintain CRM records and track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Support in customer follow-ups and order closures.
Participate in exhibitions, webinars, and industry events (as required).
Education and Experience required :
Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical/ Industrial).
MBA in Sales and Marketing / International Business is preferred but not mandatory.
Mandatory: Candidates who can speak Japanese language is desired, preferably JLPT N3 or JLPT N2
Proof of Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3, JLPT N2 or above is preferred)
Candidates must provide valid certification as evidence of Japanese language competency.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
