Key Responsibilities

Build and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce

Develop reusable frameworks and scalable Salesforce components

Implement business logic using Apex services, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture

Deliver solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules

Work on Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Case Management, Omnichannel, Queues, and Routing

Build automation using Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes

Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and external services

Support CI/CD pipelines using Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset

Write high-quality unit tests and participate in code reviews

Provide technical guidance, solution design support, and mentoring

Required Experience

Strong hands-on experience in Apex classes and trigger bulkification

Deep understanding of Salesforce data model and security model

Experience in Sales Cloud Service Cloud implementations

Strong debugging and performance optimization skills

Experience with Salesforce integrations and event-driven architecture
