OSI Digital is looking for a Salesforce Senior developer/Lead to work on new implementations, upgrade and ongoing support projects. Key Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform using technologies like Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Ensure development and integration follow Salesforce best practices, limitations and high-quality standards.
Enforce code quality standards to maintain the integrity of the platform.
Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems using APIs like REST.
Work closely with business stakeholders and integrations team to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Address and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support and guidance.
Able to work independently and lead a team to meet customer expectations.

Required Technical Skills

At least 7 years of experience on Salesforce platform.
Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
REST integrations.
Coding and debugging skills for complex requirements using Apex, LWC and Flows.
Good communication skills along with customer-facing experience.
