Salesforces Developer Order-to-Cash (OTC) and CPQ

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer specializing in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce applications that streamline sales processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design: Architect and implement Salesforce OTC and CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements.
Customization: Develop custom objects, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, and Lightning components.
Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with ERP, billing, and other enterprise systems.
Performance Optimization: Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and SMEs to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and manage deployments across environments.
Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and contribute to best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
7–10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce development.
Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and OTC processes.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
Solid understanding of sales operations, quoting, pricing, and order management workflows.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
