Senior Analyst Billing - Order, Sales, & Support - São Paulo - SP

What success looks like in this role: As a member of the order, sales, and support team (OSS) - primary responsibilities include: Responsible for the accurate processing of all CPQ quotes related to client orders and billing. Providing general support to sales in the creation and progression of the CPQ quote. Queries about order status and assistance with billing requests. Experience and skills related specifically to the performance of this position: Strong team player Ability to foster an environment where people are encouraged to raise questions/concerns Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment Tolerance for Stress Ability to build positive connections/trust with customers/stakeholders Self motivating , uses their own Initiative Ability to meet and adhere to deadlines Proven written and spoken communication skills Strong analysis/problem solving skills Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English You will be successful in this role if you have: Bachelor's degree Previous experience in sales support or Processing of orders and billing.
