About the Department: The GCSS Regional Client Relations team supports institutional clients by delivering high-quality reporting and onboarding solutions. The team works closely with Client Services, Portfolio Managers and data specialists to ensure accurate reporting and smooth day-to-day account management. This is a collaborative, fast-paced environment that offers strong learning opportunities in global client servicing and operational excellence, across both EMEA and the Americas regions. How will you add value? You will support reporting requirements for institutional clients. You will prepare reports for client meetings within tight deadlines. You will assist with the onboarding of new client accounts and related report requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations. You will support account maintenance and administrative activities. You will maintain and update internal platforms and tools. You will identify process improvements to enhance efficiency. You will contribute to ad-hoc tasks and projects. What will help you be successful in this role? Experience, Education & Certifications: Strong English communication skills are essential (written and verbal) Exposure to institutional clients is an advantage Understanding of data confidentiality practices Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Basic knowledge of Excel formulas Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under tight deadlines Effective stakeholder communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Adaptability and willingness to learn Ability to work with minimal supervision Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST Experience our welcoming culture and reach your professional and personal potential!
