Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect enterprise-level applications using Java/J2EE technologies
Lead the technical design and implementation of WMS solutions
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical designs
Define system architecture, integration strategy, and deployment models
Drive best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security
Lead technical reviews, code reviews, and architectural governance
Handle integrations with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), third-party logistics, and external vendors
Provide technical leadership to development and support teams
Manage solution scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery planning

Technical Skills Required

Core Java Stack:

Core Java, Java 8+
Spring Boot / Spring MVC
Hibernate / JPA
RESTful Web Services / Microservices architecture
JMS / Kafka (preferred)
Multithreading & Performance tuning

WMS Expertise

Strong functional and technical knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
Experience in WMS configuration, customization & implementation
Understanding of warehouse processes – inbound, outbound, picking, packing, inventory management
Integration with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Manhattan/JDA preferred)

Database & Tools
