Position Name

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable data warehouse solutions using Snowflake
Build and maintain star schema data models to support analytical workloads
Develop and optimize ETL pipelines in Azure environment
Implement data transformation logic using dbt (Data Build Tool)
Work with Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) for data processing
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for performance and scalability
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements
Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance tuning
Support data integration and migration activities
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse
Expertise in data modeling (Star Schema)
Experience with Azure ETL tools (ADF, Synapse, etc.)
Proficiency in dbt for data transformations
Deep understanding of Medallion Architecture
Advanced knowledge of SQL
Good understanding of data warehousing concepts

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management Lead and mentor a team of 10 production support engineers across multiple applications.
Manage work assignments, shift coverage, ticket prioritization, and SLA adherence.
Conduct regular team reviews, coaching, and capability development.
Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and production issues.
Production Support & Incident Management Manage day-to-day production support activities for applications built on Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, VB).
Handle L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and minor enhancements.
Drive RCA (Root Cause Analysis), preventive actions, and permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Ensure timely communication with stakeholders during major incidents.
Maintain and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms.
Technical Expertise Troubleshoot and support applications built on .NET Framework/Core, C#, VB.
Strong experience with MS SQL Server, including performance tuning and debugging. Hands-on expertise in SSIS/SSRS/MSBI for data
pipelines, reporting, and ETL workloads. Ability to analyze, optimize, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with Development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and transitions. Process & Governance
Implement ITIL best practices in Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Create and maintain runbooks, knowledge base articles, support documentation.
Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance standards.
Drive continuous improvement in support processes and automation.
