Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Associate Data &
Insights Professional to transform raw data into actionable insights that inform
strategic decision-making. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of
data analytics, business intelligence, automation, and GenAI-enabled insight
generation.
The ideal candidate will champion a data-driven and AI-aware culture, mentor
others, and continuously evolve analytics capabilities using modern tools and
responsible AI practices.
Key Responsibilities
Insights & Strategy
* Transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic and
operational decision-making.
* Identify trends, outliers, and key performance drivers across functions using
advanced analytics, structured querying, and AI-enabled techniques.
* Develop executive-ready dashboards and reports with strong narrative context
and clear recommendations.
* Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate insight discovery, analysis, and
storytelling where appropriate.
Reporting & Analytics Excellence
* Own the full reporting lifecycle: data sourcing, SQL-based data modeling,
automation, validation, visualization, and enhancement.
* Write, optimize, and maintain complex, performant SQL queries and reusable
datasets.
* Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in reporting outputs.
* Define and govern data definitions, metric logic, and standards to maintain a
single version of the truth, including responsible use of AI-generated
outputs.
Tools, Automation & Platform Development
* Design, build, and maintain Power Apps solutions to streamline data capture,
workflows, and business self-service.
* Use VBA to automate repetitive reporting tasks, data preparation, and
operational workflows.
* Apply Python for data analysis, transformation, and exploratory analytics as
needed.
* Integrate Power Platform, BI tools, and AI-enabled capabilities to deliver
scalable and intuitive analytics solutions.
* Apply GenAI fundamentals such as prompt design, insight validation, and
workflow augmentation to improve productivity and reporting efficiency.
* Continuously evaluate and enhance the BI and analytics ecosystem, including
emerging AI and GenAI capabilities.
Innovation, Enablement & Leadership
* Mentor analysts and business partners on advanced SQL, analytical thinking,
GenAI fundamentals, and effective insight development.
* Explore opportunities in predictive analytics, forecasting, and AI-assisted
modeling to move from descriptive to prescriptive insights.
* Stay current on GenAI trends and responsible AI practices, assessing
applicability to analytics and decision support.
* Promote best practices, reusable assets, and standards to strengthen a
data-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
* 4–7 years of hands-on experience in analytics, business intelligence, or
reporting roles
* Strong expertise in SQL, including complex query development, optimization,
and dataset modeling
* Proven experience building high-quality Power BI dashboards with strong
performance and business context
* Demonstrated ability to analyze data to identify trends, outliers, and
performance drivers
* Experience managing the end-to-end reporting and analytics lifecycle
* Working knowledge of Power Apps and the Power Platform for data capture,
automation, or self-service
* Basic proficiency in VBA and Python for data analysis, reporting automation,
and workflow efficiency
* Exposure to GenAI tools or analytics copilots, including prompt design and
validation of AI-generated insights
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into
concise, executive-ready narratives
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related
field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX, and performance
optimization
* Experience defining data governance standards and metric frameworks
* Hands-on use of GenAI to augment analytics workflows (insight discovery,
summarization, narration)
* Exposure to forecasting, trend analysis, or basic predictive analytics
* Experience in financial services, operations, SaaS, or enterprise analytics
environments
* Strong background working with large datasets and multiple data sources
* Understanding of responsible AI practices, including validation, bias
awareness, and data privacy
