We have created a culture that enables talent to flourish, encouraging entrepreneurship, fostering team spirit, and continually building mutual trust. • Drafts and post job advertisements for operational roles on various local job boards, social media, and company websites to reach a diverse pool of candidates • Manages all recruitment-related administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and correspondence • Schedules and coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring managers and takes initiatives to improve the operational administrative processes • Assists in preparing client proposals, presentations, and recruitment reports to ensure consultants have all necessary materials for client meetings • Maintains accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), including inputting data from offline recruitment process when necessary • Manages and processes all incoming applications, ensuring accurate entry into the applicant tracking system (ATS) and appropriate categorization for talents in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail • Tracks recruitment-related expenses, including advertising costs and candidate testing fees, and report them to finance for budget monitoring Grade Descriptor • Requires full proficiency in a range of processes, procedures and systems or specific skills in a single area • Provides informal guidance and support to more junior team members • Exercises discretion based on practice and existing procedures; receives guidance in moderately complex situations • Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team; uses discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency Is this the job for you?
