Job Summary:

Senior Associate Transactions & Processing role involves, identifying
non-financial loan triggers and assigning triggers to responsible parties for
monitoring and escalating for enforcement. It identifies, monitors risk and
mitigates that are listed in the underlying loan documents during various stages
of a loan. The company has a fiduciary responsibility to enforce the actions
related to trigger events through servicing agreement. Perform a review of
documents to extract these requirements for ongoing monitoring of events.

 

Responsibilities:

* Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints
regarding loan servicing needs
* Monitor loan system and resolve customer issues, and process complex
transactions online
* Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational and
customer support tasks
* Determine an appropriate course of action and conduct investigative steps to
fully identify customer issues.
* Perform complex administrative and customer support tasks by managing daily
schedules and providing work direction to the team.
* Assist in setting performance standards and recommend process or policy
improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Review moderately complex loan servicing documentation language, book and
fund new loans and modifications, including reviewing of input.
* Monitor collateral and prepare payoff letters, releasing collateral; customer
research and billing; obtain insurance information and monitor ongoing
coverage.
* Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less
experienced individuals.
* Respond independently to complaints escalated at the highest level.
* Provide training and guidance for less experienced loan administrators and
perform quality assurance and approve the work of other staff.
* Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve
issues and achieve goals.
* Interact with internal customers.
* Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while
developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and
compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

* Master’s degree in commerce, finance, and accounting.

* 4+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated
through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training,
military experience, education.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with
candidates and hiring managers.
* Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a fast-paced, high-volume, and
dynamic setting.
* Organizational and administrative skills that reflect attention to detail and
the ability to prioritize amidst competing demands.
* Strong work ethics and a sense of urgency.
* Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy.
* Handling workload and special projects efficiently.
* Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
* Advance excel skills are required for this role.
* Exposure in preparing process metrics and reporting activities.
* Collaboration skills with internal and external teams.
* Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
