Senior Business Analyst - Corporate Actions

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Corporate Actions with Gen AI to enhance Corporate Actions Operations by deploying AI agents that automate and optimize workflow tasks, reduce manual intervention, and increase end-to-end process transparency. The role focuses on classifying non-STP tasks, extracting and structuring data to streamline operations, minimize errors, and enable scalable improvements across business units. The successful candidate will ensure that AI solutions are aligned with operational realities, regulatory requirements and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Identify and categorize non-STP workflow tasks requiring manual intervention, establishing clear criteria for AI agent applicability
Assess current processes and validate opportunities for improvement
Propose solutions using standardized data products
Analyze workflows to uncover inefficiencies and recommend actionable enhancements
Define future-state processes that integrate agentic AI with shared workflows and user interfaces, ensuring scalability and cross-domain applicability
Gather requirements and produce BRD and FRD documentation
Manage stakeholders across business and technology teams to align on objectives and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions meet regulatory requirements and business goals
Requirements
6-9 years of experience in business analysis
Expertise in Corporate Actions
Proficiency in requirement gathering, BRD and FRD
Skills in stakeholder management
Knowledge of Gen AI for requirement management
Understanding of AI agents and their application to workflow automation
Familiarity with non-STP task classification and process improvement methodologies
