Delivers BI solutions by translating business requirements into data reports and dashboards. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and visualizations. Optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance in reporting solutions. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience as Tableau developer preferably in FS & Insurance domain. Proven experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis. Experience working with relational databases and data warehousing concepts. Ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
