Position Title: Senior Delivery Leader, Global Engineering Services
Location: Hyderabad, India, Hybrid or Onsite

Solugenix is seeking a highly experienced senior delivery leader to support and scale global engineering delivery across strategic client engagements. This role will partner closely with client leadership, delivery teams, sales, and technology leaders across India and the US to drive delivery excellence, operational discipline, client satisfaction, and scalable growth.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in IT services, global delivery management, engineering execution, client engagement, and distributed team leadership. This leader will play a key role in strengthening delivery governance, improving execution consistency, supporting strategic accounts, and enabling innovation across engineering and managed services programs.

Key Responsibilities
Global Delivery Leadership
Lead large scale engineering delivery programs across multiple client engagements, ensuring strong execution, service quality, SLA adherence, and operational discipline.
Partner with delivery directors, project managers, architects, and client stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery outcomes across geographies.
Support a collaborative “One Team” operating model across India and US based teams, with strong alignment across time zones, delivery priorities, and client expectations.
Client Engagement and Growth Support
Serve as a senior delivery partner for US based client stakeholders, including participation in governance meetings, QBRs, steering committee discussions, and escalation management.
Partner with sales, vertical, and delivery leadership on solutioning, RFP responses, transition planning, effort estimation, and delivery model design.
Support smooth transition of new engagements into the delivery organization with minimal disruption and clear accountability.
Engineering Excellence and Innovation
Drive continuous improvement across engineering delivery practices, including quality, productivity, automation, reuse, and delivery predictability.
Champion the practical adoption of AI, GenAI, automation, and productivity tools to improve engineering velocity, support efficiency, and delivery quality.
Help institutionalize best practices, reusable delivery frameworks, and case studies that strengthen Solugenix’s delivery maturity and market positioning.
Operational Excellence and Talent Strategy
Manage delivery capacity, utilization, pyramid structure, bench planning, and resource optimization in partnership with business and talent leaders.
Support talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies for high demand skills including AI, data engineering, cloud, and modern engineering practices.
Build strong leadership depth within the delivery organization through coaching, mentoring, and structured performance expectations.

Required Qualifications
20 plus years of experience in the IT services industry, including significant experience in senior delivery leadership roles.
Proven experience leading large, distributed engineering or managed services teams across global delivery locations.
Strong experience working with US based clients and stakeholders, including executive communication, governance, escalation handling, and relationship management.
Experience managing complex delivery programs with SLA, quality, productivity, and client satisfaction expectations.
Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud, data, microservices, modern application delivery, and enterprise technology environments.
Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements, delivery governance, resource optimization, and scalable execution models.
Practical exposure to AI, GenAI, automation, or productivity improvement initiatives within an engineering or delivery environment.
Experience in one or more enterprise domains such as financial services, insurance, retail, mortgage, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
Strong leadership presence, business judgment, communication skills, and ability to influence across functions and geographies.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting managed services contracts or large multi year client engagements.
Exposure to compliance, security, vendor risk, SOC2, or regulated client environments.
Experience contributing to presales, RFP solutioning, transition planning, and global delivery model design.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, AWS, Azure, or other cloud, agile, or delivery related credentials are preferred.
