Role Summary Specializes in providing assistance to field engineers, technicians, and product support in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex systems Key Responsibilities Strong experience in end-to-end deployment and system integration Proficiency in configuration management and inter-system validation Ability to perform detailed troubleshooting and root cause analysis Experience in automation scripting for deployment and operational tasks Understanding of SLA tracking, escalation handling, and delivery timelines Job Requirements Hands-on proficiency in using Linux Commands - specifically familiarity with sed, cut, grep commands (familiarity with different options to use) Strong Unix / Linux OS concepts Certification in RHEL / RHCE is mandatory Very good understanding of networking concepts Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and ready to take up new challenges and ready to work in demanding environment Bachelor’s/master’s degree in EE, ECE or equivalent from reputed institutions with minimum 5 years of relevant experience Accessibility Mavenir is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to individuals with physical and mental disabilities.
