Job Description

Periodic review of costing (RM, PM, CCPC, Margin) of finished formulations for domestic market (IRF).

Conducting market intelligence, benchmarking, and tracking API, RM, PM price trends to ensure optimal purchase at competitive prices.

Coordinating with Technical/ GSCO/ SSC teams to ensure timely release of purchase orders to all TP sites as per agreed terms and conditions.

Support in annual budget working and tracking budget Vs actual performance throughout the year.

Handling operational activities of In-licensed products, including release of purchase orders as per rates finalized by the BD team and follow-ups on supply.

Co-ordinating for timely supply agreements renewal by engaging with vendors, CFT members like legal etc.

Resolving commercial queries related to PO, GRN, Invoice, Payment, Debit/ Credit notes (Open Text/ SAP/ MWT/ Prism/ Supplier Onboarding Portal/ Power BI etc.)

Preparing necessary reports (MIS) and delivering insightful presentations to stakeholders/ seniors.
