Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and support roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks for sourcing.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and shortlisting of candidates.
Initiate background verification, prepare and release LOI and offer letters.
Facilitate timely joining and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Hands-on experience with posting job openings on social media platforms and various job boards to attract quality talent.

Campus Hiring
Execute campus recruitment drives in respective regions.
Represent Pinnacle Infotech in recruitment drives such as job fairs and walk-in drives.

Recruitment Operations & Stakeholder Management
Manage candidate pipeline, interview logistics, and hiring reports.
Ensure compliance with HR processes and smooth candidate experience.
Track hiring metrics and share recruitment MIS with leadership.
Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners for hiring needs.
Hands-on experience in global/international recruitment, including sourcing and managing candidates across different geographies.

Qualification / Experience Requirements
MBA / PG in Human Resources or equivalent.
B.Tech graduate preferred.
3–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably IT/Engineering).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in recruitment tools, HRMS, and MS Office.
Openness to work in US timezone
