What You’ll Do

As a Senior Executive – Influencer & KOL Marketing, you will play a key role in

scaling and optimizing our KOL network with a strong focus on trader-led growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:
KOL Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential influencers and trader

KOLs aligned with business and trading volume goals.

Relationship Management: Own and deepen long-term relationships with KOLs, acting

as a primary point of contact and driving retention and engagement.

Performance Management: Track KOL performance against defined KPIs (trading

volume, user acquisition, activation), derive insights, and actively work with KOLs to

improve outcomes.

Campaign Ownership: Plan and execute influencer campaigns across platforms like

Twitter, Telegram, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with trading behaviour and product

objectives.

Target Delivery: Take ownership of monthly and quarterly targets across KOL

onboarding, user acquisition, and trading volumes.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, product, and

compliance teams to deliver high-impact, scalable campaigns.

Process & Optimization: Contribute to building scalable processes, playbooks, and

reporting frameworks for the KOL channel.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging

trader/influencer opportunities to continuously improve our approach.

What You’ll Bring

2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or community

management (crypto, equities, or trading ecosystem preferred).

Strong understanding of equity and derivatives markets, with familiarity in crypto

trading being a plus.

Proven ability to work with or manage trader communities, KOLs, or influencers with a

focus on performance and growth.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfort with data, trading metrics, and performance tracking.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with ownership.
A genuine interest in trading, Web3, and blockchain innovation.
