Senior HRBP

About the Role:

As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a strategic role in driving organizational success by aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership: Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand their unique needs and challenges. Collaborate closely to develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and objectives
Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management programs to retain and develop high-performing employees
Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by managing employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws
Organizational Development: Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs
HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the organization's overall strategy
Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruption
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends, measure effectiveness of HR programs, and provide insights to inform decision-making

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP role
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
