Senior Instructional Designer - Adult Learning Experience Only

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designers to design and deliver high-quality, learner-centric training solutions. The role involves collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholders to translate complex concepts into engaging and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to understand program requirements and learning objectives
Design and develop instructional content including storyboards, eLearning modules, videos, ILT materials, and assessments
Create engaging, performance-driven learning experiences aligned with business goals
Review and enhance existing learning content to ensure quality and effectiveness
Apply instructional design frameworks and adult learning principles in content development
Mentor and guide junior Learning Designers
Contribute innovative ideas to improve learning strategies and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Instructional Designing (mandatory)
Hands-on experience in eLearning development and Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and learner-centric approaches
Exposure to technologies such as Java, C/C++, Python, AWS, Azure, or RDBMS
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days (not beyond 30 days)
K10/K12 experience will not be considered
