Senior Java Software Engineer

Project Description:
Luxoft is looking for Software development professionals with excellent experience in Java Backend.
Position will be key to strategic programme to deliver enhancements and development for one of Global Banking Customer of Luxoft.

Responsibilities:
Choosing the right technologies, design patterns for our use cases.
Design API specifications and implementation
Develop, Test, Deploy microservice on K8s
Secure the data at rest
Use container technologies
Develop a new platform (greenfield project) from scratch on cloud native stack.

Mandatory Skills Description:
5+ years of experience
Knowledge of Development lifecycle, Microservice, REST, APIs, Deployment tools, Design Patterns, Object-Oriented Programming, Database: SQLl/NoSQL
Programming language: JAVA, JavaScript
Experience of Unix/Linux environment
Exposure to Microservices and AWS

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
Experience of Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus
Cloud knowledge a big plus (AWS/GCP) - (Kubernetes/Docker)
Knowledge of BFF, GraphQL is plus
