R75272 Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics Location: Hyderabad, India This is
an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time
collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will
work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of
your time (one day per week). Intro Summary of the Role The Senior Manager,
Commercial Analytics is a Bioscience-specific role responsible for developing
creative data solutions to drive business value. This role is scoped to
Bioscience only and does not cover CDMO. It combines analytical oversight and
technical accountability to ensure data, reporting, and insight capabilities are
scalable, reliable, and aligned to business priorities The role will be involved
in the full data analytics life cycle: requirement gathering, data analysis,
data modeling, data visualization and actionable insights. The role will support
key cross-functional initiatives by focusing on creation and support of new and
existing data solutions (dashboards, reports, ad-hoc analysis, insight
framework). The candidate will have strong technical experience in Power BI and
Azure and the role requires both strategic oversight and sufficient technical
depth to guide architecture, data flows, signal design, and activation processes
in a controlled and commercially valuable way. The candidate will work in scrum

business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements, priorities,
and outcomes are clearly understood and to collect feedback on existing
solutions Transform business requirements into technical specifications Build
and maintain scalable data solutions to meet business needs Design and develop
enterprise and self-serve Power BI data models Communicate insights with
visually appealing, easy-to-use dashboards Create data pipelines to extract,
prep and transform data as needed Enable the Azure data and analytics platform
to support AI and advanced analytics use cases by ensuring the right data
structures, signal frameworks, governance, and technical processes are in place
to generate actionable recommendations and insights. Define and oversee the
technical approach for translating Azure generated. recommendations into source
signals and pushing them back into connected business systems, ensuring
appropriate mapping, validation, testing, monitoring, traceability, and
alignment with business rules. Establish feedback loops and performance
measurement for deployed signals, and continuously optimise activation processes
to deliver greater commercial and operational value. Ensure analytics and
platform initiatives are delivered in a way that supports agile working, clear
ownership, and measurable business impact Identify opportunities for process
improvement and user experience Facilitate user training to improve awareness
and adoption Create and manage technical documentation Perform other duties as
required What we are looking for Experience in Business Intelligence solution
design, development, test and delivery Experience in creation of semantic data
models (dimensional modeling) Experience in data visualization/dashboard design
using Power BI/Tableau Experience in design and implementation ELT/ETL processes
Experience working in Microsoft ecosystem (ADLS, ADF, Synapse, Power BI)
Experience in process documentation, clear user communication and training
Strong problem-solving skills with an agile mindset Experience in programing
skills using Python preferred Experience in Life Sciences/Biotech preferred
