Drives the implementation plan of digital marketing campaigns, in line with the marketing objectives • Leads the development and execution of digital campaigns and programs, coordinating efforts across teams to optimize, while driving improvements and realizing higher return on investment (ROI) • Develops and oversees digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with marketing goals, tracking performance, and analyzing results to optimize effectiveness and meet KPIs • Facilitates the implementation of digital marketing best practices and standard systems across teams, championing training and support to enhance adherence and effectiveness • Develops departmental / team plans to deliver reports, analyses and recommendations for improving the digital ecosystem, quality of data, and online content • Manages relationships with affiliate and partner agencies, overseeing their execution of digital marketing projects and priorities and negotiating contracts • Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations, such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in all digital marketing activities • Continuously monitors advancements in marketing technology, such as leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize digital marketing efforts. For example, applies AI-powered tools to enhance clients and talents segmentation, personalize marketing campaigns, and predict clients and talents behavior, ensuring cutting-edge strategies drive measurable results.
