WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

Most enablement functions are built reactively - a deck here, an onboarding doc
there, tribal knowledge that lives in someone's head until they leave. We're
building JustCall's enablement function to be different: centralized,
structured, and designed to make every rep, CSM, and marketer measurably better
from day one.

We need a Senior Manager, GTM Enablement who can sit across the table from a
Sales leader, a CS VP, or a founder - and walk out with a crisp program, a
scalable playbook, and a team that executes more consistently because of the
infrastructure you built. Someone who builds the system, measures what matters,
and raises the performance bar across every GTM motion.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

* Build and scale a centralized enablement ecosystem from scratch - not just
programs, but the full infrastructure that supports Sales, Marketing, CS, and
Growth.

* Design and deliver onboarding programs, training curricula, certifications,
and sales playbooks that reduce ramp time and drive consistent GTM execution.

* Support both PLG and SLG motions - understanding how enablement design
differs across each and building accordingly.

* Convert tribal knowledge into structured, scalable content that teams can
actually use and that improves over time.

* Define and track success metrics - ramp time, quota attainment, rep
productivity - and tie enablement outcomes directly to revenue impact.

* Implement feedback loops and continuous learning systems that get sharper
with every cohort.

* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and RevOps to align programs
with business goals and GTM strategy - not just support it.

* Shape a world- class Enablement and Training organization as the company
scales toward $100M ARR and beyond.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* 7–10 years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or GTM Operations at
high- growth B2B SaaS companies.

* Proven 0–1 builder - you've built and scaled enablement functions from
scratch, not inherited and maintained them.

* Hands- on experience designing onboarding programs, training curricula,
certifications, and sales playbooks.

* Skilled at converting tribal knowledge into structured, scalable content that
teams can actually use.

* PLG and SLG fluency - you've supported both motions and understand how
enablement differs across each.

* Metrics- driven - you define success clearly and track it rigorously across
ramp time, quota attainment, and rep productivity.

* Hands- on with LMS platforms and proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales
Hub, and HubSpot Academy.

* Comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and RevOps to align
programs with business outcomes.
