Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior NetSuite Implementation Specialist with 10+ years of overall experience and strong expertise in leading end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate should possess a solid accounting background, hands-on NetSuite functional expertise, extensive migration experience from Tally and QuickBooks Online (QBO) to NetSuite, and the ability to drive enterprise-level implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
NetSuite Implementation & Migration
Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementation from requirement gathering through deployment and go-live.
Manage migration activities from Tally and QuickBooks Online to NetSuite, including:
Chart of Accounts
Customers/Vendors
Historical Transactions
Opening Balances
Perform data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and imports using CSV and migration tools.
Coordinate with implementation partners and stakeholders for project planning and execution.
Validate migrated data and ensure reconciliation accuracy.
Functional Configuration & Optimization
Configure NetSuite modules including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Revenue Recognition
Reporting & Dashboards
Configure workflows, roles, permissions, and saved searches.
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and SuiteScript requirements.
Optimize system performance and user adoption.
Accounting & Process Alignment
Apply accounting best practices to system setup and process design.
Support multi-entity and intercompany accounting structures.
Assist month-end and period-end closing activities.
Ensure financial reporting accuracy and compliance.
Training & Change Management
Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Create SOPs, documentation, and training materials.
Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Act as primary point of contact throughout implementation lifecycle.
Manage timelines, risks, milestones, and project deliverables.
Communicate project updates with leadership teams.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of overall experience.
5+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience.
Strong experience migrating from Tally/QBO to NetSuite.
Expertise in accounting processes, journals, sub-ledgers, and reconciliations.
Strong data migration and validation experience.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
NetSuite Administrator or Consultant Certification.
Experience with:

Project Accounting
Experience handling multi-entity accounting and consolidated reporting.
