Senior Officer - OMC

To manage and control the end-to-end order management process, ensuring timely order processing, accurate planning coordination, and on-time delivery to customers. Roles & Responsibility: Order Management Process customer orders in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP / SAP) Validate order details (price, quantity, delivery date, terms) Monitor order status from entry to delivery. Planning & Coordination Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Logistics teams Align order schedules with production capacity and material availability Follow up on backlog and prioritize critical orders. Customer Coordination Act as a single point of contact for order-related queries Communicate order confirmations, delays, and changes Ensure customer satisfaction through timely updates. Inventory & Delivery Control Monitor FG (Finished Goods) availability Ensure timely dispatch and shipment tracking Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams. Data Analysis & Reporting Track KPIs: OTIF (On Time In Full), backlog, order cycle time Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports Identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
