About The Role
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager – Growth & Monetisation to lead the outbound
product function for key product areas within Ginesys One.
This role is focused on market-facing product strategy, growth, and revenue ownership. You
will define what we build and why, working closely with customers, sales, and leadership,
while partnering with inbound PMs and engineering teams who drive execution.
This is not a delivery role.
This is a role for someone who can connect product, market, and revenue into a coherent
strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Growth Ownership
Define strategic roadmap themes aligned to revenue growth and market opportunity
Own product success as a business outcome—adoption, expansion, and monetisation
Identify new product and revenue opportunities across the retail ecosystem
Drive product-led growth and expansion strategies
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Build deep understanding of retail SaaS landscape across ERP, POS, OMS, and commerce
Conduct structured market research and segmentation
Identify whitespace opportunities and defensible product positions
Track global trends in AI, automation, and retail digitisation
Customer &; Problem Discovery
Lead customer discovery with enterprise and mid-market retailers
Translate customer pain points into scalable product opportunities
Balance enterprise requirements with SaaS scalability and product vision
Act as the voice of the market within the product organization
Go-To-Market & Monetisation Strategy
Define product positioning, messaging, and value proposition
Contribute to pricing and packaging strategy
Partner with sales on enterprise deals and product narratives
Enable product launches with marketing and GTM teams
AI-Driven Product Innovation
Identify opportunities to embed AI across retail workflows
Define AI-native experiences such as copilots, automation, and predictive insights
Partner with data and engineering teams to shape AI roadmap
Move beyond dashboards to decisioning and automation systems
Product Direction & Cross-Functional Alignment
Define clear product direction and strategic artifacts (MRDs, roadmap themes)
Work with inbound PMs to translate strategy into execution
Align engineering, design, and business teams on priorities and trade-offs
Ensure long-term product architecture is not compromised for short-term gains
What We’re Looking For
8–12 years of experience with 6+ years in Product Management
Experience in B2B SaaS (Retail Tech, ERP, Commerce, Fintech, Supply Chain preferred)
Strong experience in product strategy, growth, and monetisation
Proven ability to drive business impact through product decisions
Experience working closely with sales, GTM, and customer-facing teams
Strong market thinking and structured problem-solving ability
Platform thinking across multi-product or modular SaaS systems
Comfort with AI-led product opportunities and workflows
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
