We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help scale Glance Agent across
the connected TV ecosystem, working closely with product, engineering, design,
data, business, and partner-facing teams. 

This is a hands-on product role for someone who understands how TV platforms
work in practice: OEM operating systems, launcher surfaces, screensavers,
operator environments, OTT apps, performance constraints, and platform-specific
integration paths. 

You will translate partner opportunities and platform constraints into clear
product requirements, integration approaches, launch plans, experiments, and
growth levers. The role sits at the intersection of AI, consumer experience, TV
platforms, partner integrations, and measurable business impact. 

TV is becoming an intelligent, interactive, commerce-enabled surface. In this
role, you will help define how agentic AI experiences show up on the largest
screen in the home, while building with the speed, ownership, and scrappiness of
an early-stage product team. 

What You Will Own 

* Integration product workstreams: Own specific integration modules and partner
workstreams across TV surfaces, from discovery and scoping through
requirements, execution, QA, launch, and post-launch optimization. 
* Platform-informed product decisions: Understand what is possible on each TV
ecosystem and convert technical constraints into practical product choices,
user flows, partner asks, and phased rollout plans. 
* Consumer experience quality: Ensure every integration feels native to TV:
remote-first, visually premium, low-friction, performant, privacy-aware, and
useful for the user rather than simply technically functional. 
* Growth and funnel improvement: Use data to improve activation, engagement,
interaction depth, retention, monetization readiness, and partner-specific
success metrics across existing and new integrations. 
* Cross-functional execution: Work day to day with engineering, design,
analytics, content, AI, commerce, monetization, business development, legal,
privacy, and external partner teams to unblock execution and keep launches
moving. 

Key Responsibilities 

* Define the integration strategy for Glance Agent across touchpoints on TV -
ambient surfaces, launchers, in - app experiences, voice-led journeys, and
more future AI-native TV interactions. 
* Lead integrations with OEMs, operating systems, operators, and OTT/publisher
partners, covering integration models, technical requirements, UX flows,
certification paths, launch plans, and success metrics. 
* Translate platform capabilities and constraints into product opportunities,
partner asks, phased roadmaps, and reusable integration playbooks. 
* Evaluate integration approaches across native apps, SDKs, WebViews, platform
services, launcher surfaces, screensaver/ambient modes, deep links, voice,
QR/mobile handoff, and other TV-native flows. 
* Ensure integrations create elegant, useful, and intuitive TV experiences,
with strong attention to TV-first UX, performance, visual quality,
personalization, privacy, and monetization balance. 
* Drive growth across new and existing integrations by improving activation,
engagement, retention, and revenue metrics. 
* Use data to identify funnel gaps, content/context signal opportunities,
partner-specific growth levers, and product investments that can unlock
greater distribution and engagement. 
* Partner closely with business development, engineering, design, ML,
monetization, legal, privacy, and external platform teams to move from
strategy to shipped outcomes. 
* Operate with high ownership in a fast-moving environment where the product,
partner model, and AI capabilities are evolving quickly. 

What We Are Looking For 

Must-have experience 

* 6-9 years of product management experience, preferably across consumer
platforms, connected devices, streaming, media, commerce, advertising, or
platform integrations. 
* Hands-on experience working with the CTV, streaming, OTT, TV OEM, operator,
or device ecosystem. You should understand how products get integrated,
certified, launched, and scaled on platform surfaces. 
* Strong product execution skills: writing clear PRDs, shaping UX flows,
managing trade-offs, driving cross-functional alignment, and taking products
from ambiguity to launch. 
* Good technical fluency. You should be comfortable discussing APIs, SDKs, app
architecture, deep links, telemetry, performance, privacy, and platform
limitations with engineers and partner teams. 
* Strong consumer product judgment, especially for large-screen, lean-back,
remote-first, or low-friction discovery experiences. 
* Ability to use data to diagnose product problems, prioritize improvements,
and measure adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization-related
outcomes. 
* Comfort working across time zones with global partners and distributed
internal teams. 
* Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex
product and technical discussions for senior stakeholders. 

Good-to-have experience 

* Experience building or integrating AI, GenAI, voice, recommendation,
personalization, commerce, or agentic product experiences. 
* Experience with TV monetization, ad-supported entertainment, commerce
surfaces, shoppable media, or content-led discovery. 
* Exposure to OEM, OS, operator, app store, certification, or
publisher/platform partnership workflows. 
* Experience with cross-device flows such as QR journeys, mobile handoff,
account linking, identity, consent, or app-to-app routing. 
* Experience in high-growth or startup-like environments where strong product
judgment and scrappy execution matter as much as process.
